What we did 

Murray had extensive experience in the biotech industry in senior roles and had worked on all aspects of business development, managing research teams and in funding proposals. We decided to do a snapshot of his skills on the first page so that you could quickly see his career progression. Murray knew the next logical progression in his career was to apply for positions in eastern Canada and in the United States.

Within one month Murray through networking with colleagues across the country he had three interviews at leading research companies in eastern Canada and the eastern United States. The hiring process is very slow with four interviews for each position. It took six months for the interview process to complete but he secured a position that was senior to his current role.
