What we did 

Hamish had 15 years of experience in Managing IT teams and identified he wanted to be in a senior role reporting directly to the CEO of a technology firm. His next position he wanted to be in firms that were rapidly growing with 500+ employees. With this in mind, we focused on his ability to manage teams, taking into account the big picture and his ability to work with both internal and external customers. We made sure we had key skills on the first page that would capture a recruiter’s interest and demonstrated the success he had had in managing teams.
