What we did 

Susan has very strong progressive skills as an engineer and as a partner in an engineering firm. She has recently decided to leave the firm where she is a partner as the company is going in a different direction than where her interests where. Susan has a wealth of experience and diversity so on the first page we wanted to list the different types of projects she had been involved in. This was a very effective model and in one month had four companies she was negotiating with for a position in an engineering firm.
