For the last number of years Moira had been contracting with a number of organizations as an HR and she now wanted to work for one company and get back to working with a company in rapid growth with offices across Canada and also internationally. She had a lot to offer but she found with her resume she kept getting passed over as the companies saw that she had worked as a consultant self-employed and she would not get an interview. She had the full spectrum of HR and also the education to back it up.

What we did 

We highlighted in the first half of the resume her diversity and skills. We also included the names of some of the well-known companies that she had worked for in the profile so that employers would look beyond the current employment and see what else she had to offer.
