Send us your current resume, cover letter, job postings and any other information you may have that will be relevant to creating your customized resume and cover letter. If applicable, include a copy of your last performance appraisal and anything that showcases your accomplishments, awards and contributions. It is important to note that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
We will schedule a one-hour resume strategy session, either in-person or by phone, to ensure that we have everything that we need to begin working with you.
The turnaround time for your first draft will be approximately 10 to 15 days, after supplying the relevant information.
We will provide two rounds of editing and, once you have approved the draft, we will finalize your project and send you Word, PDF and ATS (for online applications) versions.

If you apply for a job online, there is a good chance that your resume will be going through ATS. Resumes submitted through these systems are stripped down and scanned for keywords that match available job openings.
