Build For The Future – Phase 2
The Build for the Future project at FutureWorks is well underway. Ten Lower Mainland (British Columbia) companies have been chosen and now the work begins to address their Human Resources needs.
Phase 2 of this pilot project means our experienced HR consultants will be:
…assisting companies in growth mode, will meet with the ten companies individually and:
* interview, analyze, and report on current structures in place
* identify strengths and weaknesses
* provide a template for greater efficiency and productivity
* meet with key managers to enlist buy-in on implementation
* document findings and interpret results

In September 2010, our company will be putting on workshops presenting this information in order to help other small-but-growing companies.
