Job posting – Junior Java Software Engineer posting
Here’s a junior java position for any new grads who are currently collecting E.I. or who have in the past 3 years. The company is located right downtown in Vancouver, BC.
As a Junior Software Engineer you will work closely with the software designers and architects for core Framework and FBS development and support customer project teams in implementing Fdata Business Suite solutions.
Responsibilities: You are responsible for implementing the functional requirements defined by the software designers and architects. Through the development cycle you can use your creativity to shape the products features while working with other talented and experienced engineers in a fun and dynamic team setting.
* Implement (code and test) the software design using the technology for the application
* Following existing software design patterns
* Create software that can be reused by other developers and customer
Required skills
* Working on a bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field, or equivalent experience.
* Excellent skills in Java programming.
* Superior problem solving and analytical skills
* Team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn.
* Able to communicate with the project team over the phone and in writing and able work remotely
* Bonus – Education or practical experience with Oracle databases.
Salary range $15/hr
